User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 4. AI-Generated Content Our app uses AI to generate recommendations and itineraries. This content is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of recommended places or services. Always verify information before visiting a business. 5. Third-Party Services The app integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Places, TripAdvisor, Google Flights). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. 6. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and technology in the app are owned by Social Genie AI. Subscriptions and Billing Social Genie AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store ("Social Genie Premium"), with monthly and annual plans. A free introductory offer may be available, if eligible for your Apple ID. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • The subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (App Store > your account > Subscriptions). • If you started a free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. • Prices are shown by Apple in your local currency at the time of purchase. • A Social Genie account is not required to subscribe or to restore a previous purchase.
