You can request deletion of your personal data from Social Genie AI at any time. This page works without logging in — you do not need an active account to submit a request.
Include the email address associated with your Social Genie AI account so we can identify your data.
We'll confirm your identity and process your request, then email you once deletion is complete.
Requests are typically handled within 30 days.
What will be deleted
Account profile and sign-in credentials
Saved places, itineraries, and AI Genie chat history
User preferences (search radius, language, location history)
Subscription cache records linked to your account
What may be retained
Transaction records — retained as required for tax and accounting compliance, typically up to 7 years.
Fraud/abuse prevention data — device fingerprints and security logs retained up to 90 days to prevent trial or billing abuse.
Backups — residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days of deletion.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active Apple subscription, it must be canceled separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.
